If your booking is on a weekly rolling basis, please email us on email@example.com at least 72 hours prior to the end of your current rental week if you wish to discontinue using our service. Please note that failing to give timely notice of your intention to return the car will result in a partial or complete loss of the booking fee payable for the renewal week. For example, if your booking began on June 1, your renewal dates are June 8, 15, 22, 29, etc. If you wish to discontinue using our service and return the car, you need to let us know at least 72 hours prior to your applicable renewal date.
If you booked a car for a fixed-term period, your booking will automatically end on the last day of the booking period and you don't need to give us a notice.
After serving timely notice if needed, please contact your pick-up contact to give them a heads up about the drop-off. You will have to return the car to the pick-up address between 9am-12pm on your last day, clean and with the same level of fuel with which you received it. Dirty returns may be subject to a £25 fee and late returns may be subject to a £50 late fee.
