I have been unable to work on Uber due to an issue with the car. Will you compensate you for my loss of earnings?

We’re terribly sorry to hear about this inconvenience. We will reimburse you for the portion of the booking fee pertaining to the period during which you were unable to work due to an issue with a car. However, we will not be able to compensate you for loss of earnings, the same way an airline would not compensate you if you missed a meeting because you landed late.
