The driver just called me to inform of an accident he just had. What do I do?

First, ask the driver if they have reported the accident to our insurance partner, Haven. If not, please remind the driver to immediately (within 24 hours) notify Haven of the accident. They are reachable on 01732 747 100. Their lines are open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Please remind the driver that failure to notify Haven within 24 hours will lead to an additional late fee of £500 (in addition to the regular £500 excess). Once the incident has been reported to Haven, please email us on and we will contact you shortly to discuss next steps.
