The driver just called me to tell me that my car has broken down. What do I do?

Please insure you arrange for recovery ASAP. If you are able to recover the vehicle using your own infrastructure, please do so. Alternatively, if you have an breakdown policy, please provide their phone number to the driver and prepare to imminently receive the vehicle from your policy provider. If you do not have a breakdown policy, please ask the driver to call Angel Recovery on 02072474749 quoting Drover in order to receive breakdown assistance. 

You will bear the cost of recovery if the breakdown was due to a mechanical fault of the vehicle. If the driver has caused the car to break down, they will bear the cost of recovery. Please keep this in mind when arranging recovery for your vehicle.
