What if the car is returned damaged?

If a car is returned damaged, it’s important that you check in the vehicle with the driver and have them sign the condition report. You are then required to notify Drover within 72 hours via the expense request system. You must provide the condition report, images of the damage and an estimate for the claim to be considered.

If some or all of the damage is related to an incident, please mention when you submit the claim. This will allow us to cross reference the claim with information we already have, which allows us to ensure your vehicle is repaired without delay.
