I have a fully comprehensive insurance policy covering my cars. Can Drover drivers be added to this policy?

Providing fully comprehensive insurance allows us to provide the best level of service to vehicle partners and drivers. However, in special circumstances, arrangements can be made to facilitate owners with existing insurance policies, so please write to us at partners@joindrover.com and a member for the Partnerships team with be in touch.  

NB: If you are close to renewal on your existing policy, we want to hear from you.

The driver just called me to inform of an accident he just had. What do I do?

Drivers a strictly required to report accidents to Broker Direct within 24 hours. Please ask them to immediately report the incident by calling  01204 600 280. Lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you require further information about the incident after it has been reported, please email partners@joindrover.com and a member of the customer experience team will be able to assist.
