I have made a booking. Where and how do I pick up the car?

After you make a booking, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This email will contain details relating to your pick-up contact and pick-up location. You will pick up the car and complete the check-in and damage log process on your first day after 3pm at the owner’s premises.
