Please follow these steps:
- Read our guide on how to upload documents here.
- Double check that you have uploaded each document in the exact format in which you received it and to the correct field. Please note that screenshotting the attachments we have sent you will reduce the quality of the images and Uber may reject them for being too blurry.
- Even if you are sure you have not made a mistake, please re-upload each document in the correct format to the correct field. Uber occasionally rejects documents for no identifiable reason and only re-uploading will sort out the problem.
- Wait 6 hours.
- If your documents are rejected again, please email us on partners@joindrover.
